You are dehydrated. Try drinking the new Lucozade drinks which re-hydrate the toxins you lose with exercise.

Either that or you are scared haha!

When you spar your body produces a lot of adrenaline to boost your energy .. when you stop you still have all of it in your system so it is still trying to "make you go" .. it is perfectly normal, you just seem to produce A LOT of it. Not sure if there is anything you can do about it but I also don't think you would want to as it is helping you while you spar.

I'm sorry I'm not a pro but I've got a couple of ideas. Maybe it's your adrenelin pumping through your body making you shake, or maybe you're not taking in enough fluids or lacking in something. I would seek professional advice and hope a doc on here can help you!

It could be adrenaline or it could be that you're dehydrated or you need some sugar (low blood sugar). Try a sports drink after your session and make sure you're hydrated before you train.

If you're still shaking, it could be that you're really amped and you've got adrenaline still coursing through you.

LOSS of important salts in the body can make you shake, when i finished a bike ride from Market Drayton in Shropshire, to Barmouth in Wales my legs were shaking muscle contractions from over exercise, i now take isotonic drinks to replace body salts depleted by exercise. Hope this helps .Terry
