I have filed bankruptcy but, on my credit report it says discharded NO. I was wondering what that meant. My bankruptcy was filed 3 years ago

It means that the courts haven't discharged it yet. A bankruptcy can negitively impact you until it shows discharged....have you finished paying the bankruptcy off yet? If so, I would contact your lawyer and find out what the deal is. If you have paperwork stating that your bankruptcy IS discharged, contact the credit bureaus and send them a copy.

It means you haven't filed for bankruptcy. It's a good thing.

It means it hasn't been discharged yet, meaning it can and probably will still effect you
