Well my friend had the abusive parents...and hes trying to move out of home due to his family conflicts...and so I told him your gunna have to move out of home without your parents callign the cops on you. You're gunna have to move out legally without ur parents stopping you. So I was jsut wondering at what age can you move out of home without your parents stopping you and calling the cops?

I don't know the legal age in Canada, but let me point out to you that being on his own will expose him to all kinds of things he may not be ready to deal with. It is all so easy to go from bad to worse. As a good friend, you must tell him this so that he can make a reasonable decision.

You have rights from birth. I think the legal age to move out, drop out of school, etc is 16.
