He was the 574th Officer on the SS Enterprise and he had been involved in an argument over a game of Ludo and Scotty stabbed him with a crystal and put him in - what's the name of that cupboard thingy where they beam you down or up or wherever? - and Scotty beamed this guy down into a car on some insignificant little planet called Earth and the rest as they say - is history.
Or on the other hand - the car was a convertible and even though the windows were up and the door was locked - the top was open.

someone stabbed him to death outside the car, then put him in the car and rolled up the windows and locked the doors.

yeah, the doors were locked, but they were left wide open. They followed the bloody footprints and found out that Dennis Miller stabbed him.

yes the doors were locked and the windows were up....but that doesnt mean he was in der..he could of been in the trunk!he got stabbed and placed in the back of the trunk!
