well definitely a steak knife and then it depends if the lobster is a tail or not , then they would need a cracker for the lobster. oh yeah and dont forget the fork.

steak knife and fork, shell fish cracker and that tiny fork to get the hard to reach places.....
oh, and a regular knife in case of buttering bread....
i'm getting hungry for seafood now....i may have to take my husband out to dinner tonight...

actually, i change my answer.
fork and knife and then when the steak arrives bring the steak knife and cracker and small fork with the lobster.

Salad fork, dinner fork, shellfish cracker and pick/fork, steak knife, butter knife, teaspoon, soup spoon. Also, a wet nap or damp towel should be offered with the main course.
