We get crappy service because people don't say anything to the people that can do something about it!!!! Write them a letter giving specific information, flight numbers, dates, reservation numbers. Tell them, in detail what the problems were you had and how the service was not what you paid for. Tell them that you are very much not happy with the services and you are doubting that you will fly with them again as there are many other airlines out there. End by saying that you don't know how this problem can be resolved but you would be more than happy to talk to someone about your experince. Give them your phone number, mailing address and email address (btw email this letter) and you will probably get a voucher for a free fligh and something will be done about the rude flight attendants.

I flew US Airlines once State to State. I hated it.
When I go Overseas It's Always BRITISH AIRWAYS! The Flight attendants are so sweet (and have a cute accent) Free Booze, Good Food, and Always allot of it plus they feed me Three times.
They will always be my Overseas Airline of Choice!

Last 48 hours I’ve been trying to secure our family trip with USAIR/AA. Their phone message keeps talking about bad weather, request I call back later and disconnects. I want to use my companion certificate, so I have to use the reservation line. I actually spoke with a lady for usair/aa, (from customer assistance) her solution was to set my alarm for around 3:00AM. Sounds like customer service back in the 60’s!

Can't say, but I tend to agree...the customer knows best! If they're having trouble getting passengers in their seats...LITERALLY...maybe they should rethink their business model! I've heard people who dislike Southwest, but I'm a loyal customer. They've never lost any of my baggage, the flight attendents are OWNERS, so they really care about you, as the customer, and they're champs in pricing low and delivering high. When I used to fly overseas, I tended to take Icelandic Air...they were superb in all areas, but truly outstanding for food!

I fly USAirways about two or three times a month and have never had any problems with them. (The only time I have even had a canceled flight on them was when there was a 3-foot snowstorm in Boston, and they handled the situation perfectly). Although I've never flown them trans-Atlantic and I agree American is great.
USAirways is also no longer bankrupt.

YES. Let me guess, they were the cheapest so you decided to click "book it". Why? Do your research. Delta Airlines is my favorite. No hassle. I also had problems w/ Southwest, never fly them. US Airways gave me a run for my money two times, once they overbooked my flight. I hope you learned your lesson.

they're all pretty crappy these days. I do have to admit though that if you're flying first class on delta the food is still delicious!
