I feel a puff of air at the inside corner of my right eye when I blow my nose. It did not do that until recently. What is the cause?

Your lower punctum (tear duct) does go into the nose, so it's perfectly normal to feel air pass through there. Not everyone does, but a few do.

Your sinus cavity runs all around inside your skull .. from your throat to up behind your eyes to behind your ears ... sometimes when you sneeze your ears will "pop" as well .. nothing to be worried about.
