Scaly, dry, itchy skin. It can have redness as well. I've had it since I was a child.
Don't scratch and keep your skin moisturized. People with eczema have some sort of deficiency in their skin where we don't have a moisture barrier/don't produce oils.

Excema is the most common inflammatory disease of the skin and affects many millions of adults and children world-wide. Excema is a general term for any type of dermatitis or inflammation and itching of the skin; characterized by red, dry scaly skin. Atopic Dermatitis (AD) is the most common and severe form of Excema, so the general term Excema is often specifically applied to Atopic Dermatitis

Any unknown rash or skin condition must be seen by a health care profesional immediately.
Go now to a doc or nurse please. Especially if you are taking any perscriptions, have tried new foods, possibly or definitely have been bitten or stung by a bug. Allergic reactions can be deadly.

you mean eczema?
it is a skin condition that will cause skin to become red, irritated, itchy, and sometimes develop small, fluid-filled bumps that become moist and ooze.
