you are probably scared of flying and you don't even realize it. your body becomes tense and so does your stomach. or it could be that the first time you flew, you vomitted so since then on you are tensed-up because you anticipate vomitting whenever you fly that you actually do so.
ease up and relax. drink 1 sick tablet an hour before flying and again 1 tablet when you are already settled on your seat. chewing gums on the plane also helps since the change in altitude makes your ear pop and sometimes contribute to the air sickness. take a window seat so you could look far outside and walk the aisles once in awhile to exercise your legs.

Try different brands of anti nausea medication.Drink a small amount of ginger ale with the pill.It sounds like major anxiety and with good reason with all the terrorist attacks on airplanes.Ask your doc to prescribe a mild anti anxiety for you to use before you board the plane.Xanax is excellent, caution however it can be addicting.Vistaril works by calming and as an anti nausea.Good Luck

yeah that happens to me too sometimes...i guess you're just nervous of something bad happening to you on the plane. But i just try to sleep during the flight to keep my mind away from it...
u can take sleeping pills i guess.
OOO i know...eat tons of chocolate and sweet stuff to prevent you from wanting to throw up.
Happy flying!

You should stop eating bad meat and spoiled milk right before you fly. That will reduce the likelihood of you getting food poisoning.
