Buy a coffee grinder
Buy decent beans, grind them yourself and make your coffee from freshly ground beans everytime.
Experiment to find the type of beans and the roast you like, they are as variable as wines and beers.
I agree with you about Instant coffee, doesn't matter what you put in it it tastes vile (Half a bottle of Whisky might help!) - don't know about the aviation fuel though, never tried it

I don't but i know people know do. When i have tried it it just tastes like coffee without milk (although i prefer cream) i don't take sugar. Coffee with sugar tastes disgusting by the way.

It depends on the coffee. Some coffee is so nasty you need milk and sugar to disguise the taste, but get yourself a decent brew (fresh, it has to be fresh) and you don't need no stinking sugar or milk, just enjoy that gorgeous coffee taste.

Well, it depends...
I know some Brazilians who prefer having a strong coffee black without any sugar.

I used to agree with you, but one morning (a few years ago) I just woke up and didn't feel like putting anything in it. Now have to drink it black no sugar

I've tried many many times. I really have...but I Just can't it's light and sweet for me....so why change something if I like it. But you know those days when youre tired, it's the weekend and you make a full pot of your favorite coffee only to find out that youre out of half and half and the last drop of milk just went into your sons bowl of cereal......Makes me wish I liked it at least without creamer....can't do it :)
