Yes. Unfortunately a few of them do exist. Few and far between, but yes. I dated one man (2 years ago) who had such a low sex drive that he couldn't get hard even when I was naked and begging for it. When he finally did get hard, he came within seconds. I kicked him to the curb and never wanted anything to do with him again. Oh yeah, he also had one of the smallest penis I ever seen. He thought sex, even between married people, was dirty. He was a loser in so many ways.

of course there are, but because of embarrassment (it isn't considered manly not to want sex) you probably won't hear it.
I don't think there are as many frigid men as women, and this has something to do with anatomy, a man often finds it easier to climax than a woman, she really doesn't have to do a lot to get him there, but a woman it takes more and she either needs to know what it takes for her or the male does.
