I want to know if it truely helps. Advice from personal or just your opinion please. Other excersises also wanted.

Yes, both really help. I have lost weight and remained fit by doing both running and walking. If you don't have time to vary your daily routine (by adding gym time or a run/walk), take the stairs when ever you can. Make it interesting and take the stairs two at a time. If you ride the bus, get off of the bus two stops early (then move to three stops early, etc.). Reverse this and walk two bus stops away to catch the bus. If you have a choice between a flat walk and a hilly walk - take the hills. If you drive to work, park as far as you can (be safe, though) from your work-place and walk in. My feeling is: just keep moving and the calories won't be able to keep up with you!

yes it does. If you walk a mile or so everyday. and eat right u can lose some Pounds. I have been taking my boyfriends dog with me on a walk everday. She likes to go because she can play in the river. So its always good to have someone go with you.

Any exercise helps, that would include walking or running. You should do atleast 30 minutes a day.

Yes. Any time you burn more calories than you eat you should lose weight, so all exercise helps.
