Do not!. I repeat . Do not date a coworker wether you are in the same division or not. I have had several horrible experiences with office romances. Imagine that you start dating and things go wrong. How are you going to feel to have no choice but to see/ interact with that person..If he or you leave the job or get transfered etc. that's fine. then

One don't try to take some girls guy. It just is not right. Two why would you want to try something with a person in the work place? Think about it. If you break up they are there every single day.

I would say no, you shouldn't make a move. You don't want to get caught up in a love triangle. If he is already attached, then you should steer clear. If he was really interested in you, then HE would make the first move you wouldn't have to. If you try to make a move and he goes for it and continues to see the other woman, then you are just something for him to do in his spare time and trust me you DON'T want to be "just something to do". Find someone you can relate to and not attached already.

Of course you should. Everybody has had a similar experience before. Just know what you are doing. What you need to do is maybe first go out to lunch together. or Coffee. Start small and see where that leads to. You never know.

don't date a guy in your office. Unless, you enjoy having everyone in the building knowing your business. If you enjoy drama, then go for it.
