I think as soon as they appear on the website. So far Ryanair flights are only going up until the 24th of march, Well thats how it was last time I checked, as I wanted to book my returning flight for the 25th of March.

As far in advance as 1 year, but as short notice as 2 hours before departure time

its normally just under a year - about 11 months, am off to Cuba for 10 months and was able to find flights for that...
