my hair is a light blonde with natural dirty blonde highlights. its like 3 inches longer than my shoulders and i have layered bangs? im not sounding ditzy or anything i just dont know if i should change it.

do you mean you have your hair feathered/layered from your frindge down...thats what i had i dont like my hair layered around my face so im just growing it out..but im not gunna cut it ..ill have really long hair by the time theses layers get off my face...oh n im a brunette with bright blonde highlightes

Hard to say without actually seeing your hair.
Sounds good to me though I'm not exactly sure what layered bangs look like.
