If something exists and you say doesn't or if something doesn't exist and you say it does...in both of these cases, you are lying. If something exists and you say it does or if something doesn't exist and you say it doesn't...in both of these cases you are telling the truth.

To say that something that exists doesn't or something that doesn't exist does is false, while to say that something that exists exists and that something that does not exist doesn't exist is true.

Or, to simplify a bit -
Denials are false, while affirmations are true.

"To say of what is that it is not, or of what is not that it is, is false", saying that something --that does really exist-- doesn't exist, is false. The same is when we say that something --which really doesn't exist or is not-- does exist, it's wrong too.

"while to sat of what is that it is, and of what is not that it is not, is true.": and when we say that something --that really is or exists-- really is or exists, it's true; or we say something --that is not or doesn't exist-- really is not or doesn't exist, it's true.
