there is no solution until you are able to move.. However!! You can volunteer at the nearest shelter..they always need dog walkers and a lot of extra help..You would have your dogs, and not have to take them home.
Do not go against the apartment rules..If you sneak a dog in, your neighbors will alert the landlord, or get one too, and the landlord will find out.. As your parents can't afford to move, you would have to get rid of the dog, just when you have learned to love it so much..it is not fair to the dog, your neighbors, or you. (or your parents)

my bf and i are landlords and fortunately we let our tenants have small animals (cats, rabbit, hamster, etc.... but no dogs) with an additional "damage deposit". it sounds contradictory because we have a dog and bunnies that live on that property too. it's our property and decision though.
if your landlord says no pets, those are the rules. you can move to another apt that will allow pets or get your fix by volunteering/working at an animal shelter or become a dog walker. i'm sorry... i know how it is. i wanted a dog so bad when i lived in an apt., but i had to wait.
even though your landlord is in NJ... don't chance it. if he/she stops by unexpectedly, your parents can get evicted or have to pay more money.

Unfortunately, if you signed the lease that says no pets...there is nothing you can do but move. If you have a pet in the house without permission & he finds out- you will most likely be evicted & lose any deposits you may have paid.

Well, either don't have pets or move.
You can always volunteer working with dogs at your local animal welfare agency in order to get your dog fix. This is a great way to spend time with dogs, learn lots about them, and help homeless dogs who need you.

I think you're kind of stuck, unless you take the risk of bringing in a cat or dog anyway. Then you run the risk of being kicked out.
Can you keep a smaller pet, like a bird, ferret, rabbit, guinea pig, or hamster, or snake?

agree with going to an animal shelter - would give you a great chance to figure out if you are really a dog person and also give your family a chance to find a new place if it is that important to you!
