Neither. Just ask her out on a date. When it is appropriate, ask her if you may kiss her. A relationship will come naturally...or it won't. But, you must take time to get to know each other. Dancing can't be a solid foundation for a relationship.

If you really like her then you can ask her how she feels about you.
I would hold off on both the kiss and asking her to be your girlfriend until you find out what she wants.

Dont ask to be her boyfriend...thats so 4th grade. Just ask to hang out... Eventually you two will be automatically dubbed as dating and if all goes well in a month, then you two could have the are we/arent we boyfriend/girlfriend chat. Good luck

Ummmm. if you are 14 I guess that is ok. If you're in your 20's I'd suggest asking her out on a date. She's obviously into you.

no, use your words. kissing her will let her know that you like her, but you have to be clear about your intentions. It could turn really awkward and confusing. ASK her.
