I don't think the issue is so much about your weight but rather how you feel about yourself. I hear all the time of people who are in a constant search for the "perfect" weight but no matter what weight they are, they still feel bad about themselves.
You said "I feel so bad about my body" and that says a lot about your state of mind. You may have some very unrealistic ideas about how you should look, you may be striving for a body type that just isn't yours. There is no "perfect" body weight or type but there is a healthy weight.
See your doctor and discuss healthy ways to lose weight if this is really what you want to do. Get involved in exercise of some sort (if you're not doing so already) not just to help with weight but to improve your overall health and your state of mind.
But most of all, try to care more about yourself as you really are, the true person that you are inside. Take good care of yourself and I wish you all the best.

You're still growing and dieting especially at your low weight will hurt your growth and development at a crucial stage in your life.
7 stone is definitely in no way shape or form overweight, you're actually underweight or bordering on being so.
Maybe you should talk to someone about the way you feel about your body. It's not uncommon at all for women to be unhappy with their figures. A lot of times it's something besides the weight that's causing the insecurities.
You definitely don't want to get any thinner because you're putting youself at risk for several health problems, just try to look at yourself and realize that your boyfriend and your family love you, and think you're beautiful just as you are right now. Losing weight won't make you anymore beautiful, you'll only hurt yourself.

7 stone is very light for an adult, how tall are you?
Why do you feel so bad about your body? Nobody has a 'perfect' body, beauty has imperfection built into it - I'm 3 stone overweight, I was more but developed healthy eating habits and it's coming down slowly - but the point is my Other Half thinks I'm gorgeous anyway, and sexy, and can't keep his hands off me.
Honey, perfection is highly overrated. An unachievable ideal. Anyway, you sound like you need to gain weight, not lose it. Stay healthy, mind yourself, and see a doctor if you're not sure about whether you're overweight or not.

I'm 53, 5ft 1" like you, but UNlike you I've got the opposite problem in that I seriously need to lose weight. I'm told that the correct weight for someone of our height is about 7st 7lbs, give or take a pound or two. At 7st, you are, if anything, slightly UNDERweight, so don't even THINK about going on a diet, kiddo, and believe your boyfriend when he says you're OK just as you are!.
The other thing is, most girls and a lot of women really hate some aspect of their appearance. The way to get round that is to concentrate on some aspect of yourself you really like, and if ~you~ can't think of one, ask your boyfriend! Get to like yourself a lot more, and remember one more thing - at your age you are still growing, so you need all the nutrients you can get in your diet. A diet is a way of eating; as a fattie I chose the wrong way. Lose too much weight and your diet will render you anorexic, and that's a whole other ball game.

Don't chase the impossible dream of perfection, life is full of variety for a reason. Don't let some ad agency's idea of beauty become yours, they are unrealistic and airbrushed and will only lead you to a unhappy place. Chances are the media and you exposure to it is the thing that is making you fell so bad about your body.
Don't go on a diet, people don't stay on diets. If you can just eat healthy things every day your body will thank you with new energy and a healthy complexion

I'm no expert but i think you should maybe consider going to see your doctor to find out whether in their opinion loosing more weight is safe for you. When you loose too much weight your general health starts to suffer. He/she will also be able to give you some ideas about what range your 'ideal' weight should be in.
Sometimes we can loose perspective on how fat or thin we are and at those times we need to listen to the people around us who we trust. I often feel much fatter than I really am and recent studies have shown that people OVER-estimate their size in general terms by up to 50%!!!
One objective measure of weight is the BMI or Body mass Index which you can find out about here: http://www.nhsdirect.nhs.uk/interactiveTools/bmi.aspx
I hope that this helps and that you soon start to feel better about yourself.

Hi
Try this plan it helped me loose weight so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx
Good luck

you want to really know what's happening to you? well let me spell out out you are anorexic or bordering it let me tell you. you b/f is trying to help you, but you must go and see your doctor before its to late, i have suffered from depression and eating disorders(now over come), for a very long lime in fact doing therapy in hospital it worked out that i had a eating disorder since i was 5 yes 5 i was like omg what the hell was my parents doing, but i was sneaky and clever hiding food in my pockets then going to the toilet and flushing it down the loo etc etc, go to the doctor hunnie before this kills you, because believe me it did do me once and it was not a pretty site to be watching them working on me while i was out off my body. go seek help immediately, i know its hard and you think it will make you perfect by losing more weight but it just wont and if you want to be in hospital on section, being false feed and watched and having a dietitian plan every meal every drink then go ahead, but I'm sure you don't want this go to your doctor and get the right help before its to late either way. hey good luck with this you can do it.

Can't make judgement due to not having all the facts, you say your 7 stone, but you don't say how old you are or how tall you are, see your GP or practice nurse, they will weigh and check your height, then let you know what your ideal weight should be, if your boyfriend loves you as you are, you must be ok.
just noticed your additional info, my god your fine, your only 16 and 5ft 1in,
