Of course you are what you eat.. see it this way, what you put into the system is what reflects your inner you.. girls eat a lot of chocolate when they're on their period, chocolate is nice and lovely.. they need that kind of "affection".. After what I ate tonight, I would look like a pasta dish with home-made mushroom-breadcrumb-sauce... :D
Also, the kind of food you eat sort of reveals how you take care of your body.. so yeah, you are what you eat!

I live and breathe that saying. I just started eating extremely healthy 2 years ago and I feel great. I also think it's warding off aging too. Juicers rock!!!!
