Take some otc meds like aspirin, tylenol, motrin, something like that. Rub orajel on your gum. They have stronger formula's for adults than the baby stuff at the drugstore or walmart.'

Orajel and a painkiller. If it's throbbing you may try an anti inflammatory since that may be your nerve (which can result in a super fun root canal; I had this happen last year).

Cold water on the tooth > Warm water on the tooth..... and so on.

It's excruciatingly painful but does offer some relief.

teas tree oil helps pineapple but it needs to be fresh it takes down the inflammation salt water helps with infection rinse it for 5 minutes
