I've searched for information but i just can't find it. does anybody know how human rights violations are handled?
i mean, what legal action is taken against alleged denial of human rights?

Unfortunately more often than not, very little is done.
Amnesty International tries.
The UN might pass a resolution or two.

Human rights are defined in each nation differently.
The UN also has a manifesto on the subject.
What happens depends on the magnitude of the offense, whether or not there are laws that address it, and if the nation involved has the money to deal with it effectively.

the state has it's own legal actions based on the constitution that will be based on the UN's human rights declaration. It depends on the country.

Most of the time when it is done in small scale then it goes unnoticed. When it is becomes too big. Then law enforcement comes into effect and people get punished.

I dont know, because it is impossible to ask all the innocent unborn children who have been slaughtered on a daily basis because their parents feel it is too incovenient to be bothered with taking responsibility for their actions....even with adoption available to them!

it usually boils down to being able to justify the human rights violations ... its very open to interpretation and its another buzzword like "terrorist" that can be assigned to just about any situation ur political party wants to assign it to .... in other words, for the most part, its a propaganda tool.
