hello,
I would like to advise you first to be able to lose the weight you have to eat less, like a lot less. 4-6 oz of vegetables and meat.
morning noon and night. Eat eggs in the morning preferably boiled, sometimes no yokes. DO NOT eat any thing that has sugar, sugar turns into fat. Absolutely no grapes, mangos, kiwi, oranges, etc. Only until you lose the weight. No starches. eat nothing WHITE, No bread, butter, rice, pasta, potatoes, ect. DRINK LOTS OF WATER< and do not stress. Remember this is only until you lose the weight you want. Then when you lose the weight you want, you may eat a more healthier diet. Remember not to eat more than what fits in the palm of your hand. If you do, you ate to much. try to eat a lot of vegetables, like saleds. WALK AT LEAST 20-30 min. a day, or more. maybe you can even try to drink the old apple cider vinegar drink. One cup in the morning and one in the evening. the recipe is on the bottle. good luck and many blessings.

1. pig out right now and eat what ever you want - you sound hungry...
2. now that you have eaten what you have deprived yourself of
3. eat unreasonably - eat such an unreasonably small amount of food your body can not help but drop weight. just make sure it's food you really like so you don't feel completely deprived.

4. ask youself this question: if i wasn't constantly focused on trying to lose weight and fixing my weight problems what would I be focused on if I was thin/inshape right now? - Make a list of everything you've been avoiding while working on your weight ... then go work on those things for a while. It will get your mind off the food.

When I want to loose weight I only eat fruit until lunchtime (as much as I want though... no starving allowed!), I have a light lunch avoiding fried food (chips and stuff...), eat loads of vegetables and wholeweat products, salads and fresh fish, and for dinner I have yogurts with musli from the organic store (watch the sugar!! Kellog's &Co have too much!) and more fruit.
Together with working out this always works!

man just stop eating.
believe me nothing is more effective.
when you cant take it anymore, drink a lot of water.
also you can reward yourself with some cucumbers after a long day of fasting.
its only hard at the beginning.
i started doing days of this method , then going back to eating whatever i like alternatingly for 2 years.
i started out 220 pounds.
now im like 160 pounds.
no exercise at all.

If you want weight reduction you should have patience. The result will be slow initially. What you eat is more important .High fat foods, sugar ,sweets ,chocos, pepsi etc are sure failure factors.Eat less and when hungry only.Have a low carbo low fat vegtarian life style.Wish You success.3 weeks is not a long time.Donot sleep during day time.

You don't always see the difference on the scale first, try watching your measurements. You are probably losing inches instead of pounds. Don't worry, the pounds will start to come off also :)
