Urinary tract infection - symptoms vary in different people. You can feel a lot of pain and discomfort, it also burns/hurts when you urinate. It seems like you constantly have to go to the bathroom but nothing comes out and when it does it burns. Yeast infection itches like hell. You get a discharge that resembles cottage cheese. Drink a lot of cranberry juice for a UTI - you normally get these after sex - bacteria causes it. Women are more proned to it because our urinary tract is shorter then mens'. They also sell this over the counter thing called Uzo - something like that. I dont remember what its called that alleviates the symptoms of a UTI. Of course you need to go to the GYN and they will most likely put you on Cipro.

with a UTI, you will feel the pain in a horizontal line across your lower abdomen, usually to one side of your body. With a kidney infection, you will feel immense pain in your midsection to the left or right side, and not have the ability to urinate more than a few drops. With a yeast infection, you will have itching, burning, and a thick whitish discharge. If you are really unsure wich you have, see a doctor. Treating the wrong one could make the situation much worse.

Urinary/bladder infection: low back pain (kidneys) , pain while going, having to go a lot, but when you try only a little comes out. If it's bad enough, you may have blood in urine.

Yeast: burning and itching, plus a cottage cheese-like discharge.
