Hi ,
Try practising Yoga breathing and other asanas.Yoga helps a lot in controlling your emotions and being stable on the whole . It helps both the body and mind.
Secondly whenever u feel your temper is getting out of control , Just leave the room you are in so that u can avoid unncessary situations for which you could repent later.
Third go for a walk whenever u feel a temper and think about the issue.Im sure when you come back , your mind would be clear.
And always in life think in the shoes of the opposite person.

Try channeling you're anger in a positive way. For instance when you get angry, you could do push-ups or go jogging. Obviously you can't do that all the time so in those instances try not to take the situation so seriously. If needed take a break, and maybe ask to be excused if in the presents of others so you can assest the situation and calm yourself.
