That's someone who thinks the world revolves around them instead of realizing that they are just a small part of the bigger picture like the rest of us. People like that will usually talk down to other people because they think they are somehow a greater classification of human then the rest of us which they refer to as the rat race. I guess in some extreme cases of insanity, it's where a person actually thinks he or she is God.
