He should go to the emergency room as soon as possible. His condition is going to worsen, and if he waits until tomorrow for an appointment, he won't make it and will end up going to the emergency room anyway. This is urgent.

Be aware I am not a Doc

If you are speaking about Hepatitis read this only if it is Hepatitis / Jaundice etc
It is related to Liver dysfuntion / Liver enlargement when the toxins are easily flowed in the intestines it starts giving the most serious problems, Consult a Doctor as soon as possible.

It may be Liver dysfunction / Liver enlargement etc

Precautions
Stop any intake of fatty foods, especially oily, fatty, even a drop of oily food may result to harm by excessive toxins.

Try to maintain low protein diet Avoid High Fat Milk, Curd, Meat soups etc and try more carbohydrates diet,
Even a cup of Coffee and Tea shall not contain a spoon of Milk.

b.coz high protein food is not processed normally by liver temporarily hence there is increase in Bile salts in urine and blood of the patient. 2 types of symptoms are seen usually yellowish eyes / whitish eyeballs due to low blood levels.

Diarhea is a natural detoxication process in this condition,
But complete loss of body fluids is dangerous.
Glucose water and Fruit juices are helpful to maintain essential body fluids and energy, In rural areas mostly patients try Fresh Sugarcane juice for temporary relief and to assist in early healing process.

Once ur through with daignosis, and Doc checkup !
