its a program where you put in a picture, tell it what speed, and it makes it like frames of a movie, you have to just barely move your figure each time. very time consuming, but its fun, so anybody know a good program, i already got a camera

With those two program, you can change the frame every second, I believe. I don't know if you're wanting to change mulitple frames per second. If so, there's all kinds of stuff on BitTorrent.
Search for those programs and other animation programs on BitTorrent (links below). You'll need a BitTorrent client to open the torrents and begin downloading. I recommend BitComet.
And remember there's many animation programs but those two are the ones I've used so far in trying to make flash and gif animations.
