YES, it can be a sign of diabetes. But it can also be a sign of kidney malfunction, urinary tract infection, etc.
See a doc.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.

I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

No. I have been doing that for years and I am not a diabetic. I can pass everything but a bathroom. I think it has something to do with a bad kidney infection I had when I was about 4 or 5.

Diabetics usually have large intake of fluids with accompanying frequent urnination. Without that insatiable thirst, the indication would be that of either a small bladder or one highly sensitive to pressure.

I don't know but do you drink water like every half hour if so then it is normal but otherwise it is sign of high sugar. get yourself tested 'cos early detection is equal to not being on insulin all your life.
