My mechanic says he can build a Hydrogen Fuel Injection System for our fleet. He calculates it would cost about %90 less than what we would have to pay to buy and install a manufactured system. He's talking about using PVC pipe, electrodes, and distilled water. That's basically the system the retailer uses but I'm sure they're computers are way more high tech than PVC. If anyone has any knowledge or know how about these systems please give me some answers!!!

What you have described looks to me like only a smal part of a hydrogen fuel system, namely the hydrogen generator.

heres how it all works...
get some water,
spend a lot of energy splitting it into hydrogen and oxygen,
store the hydrogen (somehow) for later combustion or use in a fuel cell to recover a percentage of the energy used to electrolyse it in the first place.

so, back to your system..
distilled water (expensive) pvc pipes and electrodes...
no storage, no compressor, no compressed hydrogen storage, no safety......
ahh, there it is, 90% cheaper, only part there and ok, have fun with the fireworks

There are several problems hydrogen will leak through almost anything. It is also very explosive. The part of making hydrogen from water ,it requires tremendous energy and the most efficient would loose 45% of the electricity that u had in your batteries. so why not just run on batteries. sounds but it is impossible to produce enough hydrogen to run your motor and get enougth electricity to produce hydrogen again. u loose every time u go through a process. There are several possibilities that are much better. Good luck

Whoooo ! You don't seem to understand this stuff. Keep away from hydrogen until you understand it.
