Hi there! I'm also in Georgia and just moved here from Fort Worth. =) You need to go to your county offices. Do a yahoo search for whatever county you live in. Then go to the Department of Transportation's website for that county. Good luck, it only took me 20 minutes when I went in on a Saturday to get my license, though I like the Texas ones better! =)

I pretty sure that you will also need a new GA driver's license.

go to your local department of motor vehicles, they will either issue a new license or change it in the computer and give you a change of address sticker for your old license.
