Do I need to tell my boyfriend?

I would say dont tell him. That would only create unnecessary problems. Limit your contact with his best friend as much as possible and try to hook him up with one of your friends. That should take the attn off of you. Also dont be nice when rejecting him (be cruel and show digust) let it be known that you are not interested. Eventually he will take the hint.

Just tell the friend to back-off if your not interested. He might have picked up on some non-existent signals.
If it persists and especially if he touches you, tell right away! Your b/f will have to make sure he is not around when you guys are together, he should be protecting you. And go tell the friend's mom, so she knows what kind of creep she is raising or raised. That will get him.

His friend shouldn't even consider you. His not his friend and his probably done that in the past. another thing could be that your bf asked his friend to do that to see if you would go thru with it. I say you tell him what kind of friend he has. You need to let him know just in case he finds out from someone else and thinks bad about you keeping it from him. Be honest with your man and get that jerk of your back.

Of course you should.....otherwise he might never stop and it might get even worse by him hounding you more because he knows your not doing anything about it....the way things are these days, he may even try to attack you at some point in the future.....(It's not above the realm of possibility) you read and hear news articles about this kind of thing every day....do yourself

speaking from experience, I closed my mouth until my boyfriend picked up the vibe as well, just avoid the guy if all possible. And be prepared that the best friend will try to flip trhe situation.

yea you have to tell your boyfriend. he needs to know who his true friends are and i dont think this guy is a true friend if he wants to sleep with his best briends GF thats messed up. so go tell him right now but if ur bf is the agressive type tell him not to do anything but talk to him

i'm glad you not my girl why you gotta ask to tell your boyfriend. You better tell him soon. If it was me but its not as soon as i found out and you didnt tell me right away i wouldnt talk to you anymore period. oh not a girl sorry. Hope my girl dont do that to me

Yes you should tell him. Dont find your self in the situation where you are alone with the friend so he cant ask you that.

YES! As a guy i would want to know if he was hitting on my GF. If she kept it secret and I found out later it would seem that she was keeping the guy for later.

Yes I think you should he should not be asking you to do this in the first place it ain't right he knows your with his mate it just shows he don't care about you or his mates feelings.
Tell your bf hun its the best thing to do
