Perhaps the Bible should also have a PG-13 restriction, for Violence - Sexual References - and cultlike claims?

Gandalf doesn't affect my faith one way or another. Especially not just an actor playing Gandalf.

Helloooooo...the bible is not science so perhaps in a certain sense you could call it fiction or Sacredfiction if you want to. The stories therein carry meaning because they are inspired by God (from a believer's perspective). The purpose of this meaning is wider in scope but do answer our questions about the universe and the pupose of life but not all of them and not in the same manner as science does.
btw the actor who plays Gandalf in The Lord of the Ring is a homosexual so maybe he could have an agenda and an axe to grind......

The Bible is a work of literature that can only be truly understood by those that have reached a certain level in their development. It's like a hammer that can only be lifted by one pure of heart, or a sword that can only be pulled from a rock by the chosen one. Like a martial arts technique that can only be mastered by one with a clean mind...... I'm actually astounded that someone figured out how to actually create a talisman that literally had such a characteristic.

You'd think someone like him might appreciate something like that this day and age.

Maybe FOXNews should also have a disclaimer of fiction. Maybe CNN. How about the 700 Club?

The Bible is God's word, call it whatever you want, you are powerless to change what it is.
