Any skirt that ends above the knee is too short. Anything that shows panty/butt is sluty.

When the creases in your leg from your butt are peering out is when a skirt is slutty looking. For every day wear and not night club scene you should wear something that is a little longer because remember not only are you trying to be naughty for guys but their kids and other people kids are viewing as well. I think out side maybe 5 inseam if not longer. Lets be a little modest and not a free strip show.

Showing panty is more than a little naughty. Nobody needs to see your underwear. If you put your arms straight down and feel skin instead of fabric, your skirt is too short. It's not about temptation, it's about decorum.
If you look like a tramp, guys may want you, but only for one thing and only for the night. If that's the image you want to present to the world, go for it, but don't complain that men don't respect you.

you don't need advice on this, you know what's wrong and right....if I ask you to fill the glass of water full, will you fill it up to the top till it spills, I don't think so?....If I ask you to cut the grass of the garden, will you cut it so low that you be able to see dirt, I don't think so?.....But about mini skirts, is a personal decision, even though I am a man, I have seen women and young girls, with their mini skirts showing a little bit of their panties, but that only show or proofs, that you are willing to accept words from all men which tend to say sexual harrazments words to all women that dress that way, and some of them are nuts, that they would like to touch you behind.....so try to dress properly but moderately sexy....and have a nice day...write back at mil_millones_vivir@yahoo.com

I think a mini skirt hem should be long enough to touch with your finger tips with your arms at your sides. Just a general rule.

Skanky would be the word used if you wore a mini that showed your panties, I think anything about 1/2" below the buttock is cute and flirty.

what are you trying to portray to the world around you? if you are dressing just to temp guys and get their attention and then when they come around you blow then off you are a tease and you know hoe that is frowned upon, BUT if you dress to get their attention and then when you get it and you jump into bed with them then you are a slut, dress modestly and you can still be sexy without a guy expecting to "get some"
just beacuse you may be a size 0 does that mean you should show off your 'behind' or breasts everytime you get a chance? i personally think it is trashy, slutty, and just plain out sickening to see girls, teens, and women of all ages parade around in tight, short, skimpy clothing! have respect for your self and cover up some! you can wear a nice skirt that is above the knee but not showing your butt or underwear and be 100x's sexier looking than the girl who is showing her pink undies to the world everytime she moves!

if u show ur panties, little too much. maybe a little bit of butt. like where u can begin to see the curve of ur butt is alright. thats fine. just not too short where when u bend over everything can be seen. but if thats how short it is, instead of bending over crouch down.

so, i think that when u can totally see ur butt, it's too slutty.
also, if u have a hard time bending down w/o showing anyone behind u ur butt, it's too slutty
whenever i try on a mini skirt, i always say to myself:
-is it cute? (if yes add 5 points)
--am i always pulling it down to cover my butt? (if yes lose 10 points)
---does it show off my legs really well? (if yes, add 5 points)
----when i sit down and get back up, does it ride WAY to far up? (if yes, lose 10 points)
if u end up with a number that's greater than zero, u got urself the PERFECT mini skirt
if u end up w/ zero or lower, it's time to get a new mini skirt!
