I am guessing you are using a body fat meter like the tanita scales which measure from the feet, or the hand held device. There are two main problems with these: -
-They don't measure accurately across the whole body
- They do not properly account for hydration levels

You could use a meter such as the bodystat 1500 which I use, (they are about £500 new though). This sends different currents throught the body then compares the results to give a much more accurate reading. It also measure hand to foot so giving a clearer picture. For any fitness/health assessment to give benchmark results (eg height, weight, fitness testing, body fat, lung capacity) it needs to be carried out at the same time of day. It is no good comparing your weight after a heavy meal to your weight at 5am, and your body fat is no different. I would agree with the person who said you should not be measuring so often (if, of course you're doing it all the time). You need to give it time for any diet/exercise programme to kick in and give results. I measure my clients no more often than every 6 weeks

if you are using a scale or handheld body fat indicator you need to keep in mind that it is not accurate, but an estimate. your water intake can effect the outcome, as can other factors--always measure the same time of day and try not to check it more than every few weeks. the best indication of losing is a mirror--look at how tone your muscles are becoming! if you just look saggy then you are not only losing fat, but muscle, too--which is not good!

Because your bed sits lower than when you are up and standing at night! jk

It is actually due to the fat containing foods that you consumed during the day and realize you are burning some fat while you sleep!

Dehydration in the morning. Get a multimeter, not just body fat meter.

err, that sounds a bit obsessive to be checking it that much. Maybe you just don't eat enough.
