you probably strained your muscle and you need to relax until your healed to where you can walk normaly without a limp or it hurting and take a hot bath and massga the area of pain.just make sure you relax

definitely get to the Doc's or to the PTI in your gym. They're the experts, and if you've done something major then you'll be in the best hands..... Besides, then you'll know what to do if it happens again..... Hope it gets sorted soon.
