actually even though you brush your teeth thoroughly; there will still small traces of food particles, dead cells and hundreds of thousands of bacteria living and dead in the posterior of the tongue and eve though yo may take care of cleaning your mouth with brushing and mouth wash......The smallest trace of bacteria will spawn more..... so when you sleep for eightt hours; that's eigh hours of multiplying bacteria.... as well as cells in the walls of the mouth and posterior of the mouth are alwayss dying and making new ones....... so as long as your alive you will alway have morning breath..... Just remember to at least gargle some mouthwash before kissing you significant other in the morning.

Sometimes it takes more than just a brushing, flossing and mouthwash to get teeth clean. People sometimes need to have their teeth professionally cleaned to remove the tartar and cavities that may not be seen by people looking in the mirror.

You get it from the accumulation of bacteria in your mouth.....that's what makes your breath smell bad. That's why dentists recommend tongue scrapers because bacteria lives on your tongue too...

that's because you close your mouth all night or sometimes open it so it collects bacteria which collects inside your mouth and make this nasty odour
