i always wonder why the limo driver always goes around the limousine from the rear side before he opens the door, he never goes around the front side of vehicle? Is this kind of a fancy expensive etiquette manner, or something?
It is not quicker way, it is the same amount of steps

Its considered proper etiquette to do so. Most good limo companies provide at least a five day driver etiquette course.

Did you actually walk around a limo to find out it had the same amount of steps? Someone needs a hobby.

Maybe because he usually opens the door behind him. Or he's afraid he hasn't put the brake on and doesn't want to get run over.

in case the car starts moving they dont get hit?

it is just the way they were taught when they became drivers.
