Exhibit some dam self-control and get a hold of yourself. Like you siad, you have a good man and you don't want to lose him so what is your freaking problem? Tell the ex you are not interested and to not talk to you in any manner that isnt professional. Be a good woman and do right by your man....AND yourself..

Its lust. Give it a few weeks and you'll see the infatuation go away. Concentrate on the man you have and spice things up there.
