Cats don't like having their belly's exposed to foreign environments.
If it's sleeping like that, it just means that it's very happy and relaxed.
I used to have a cat that did that until some damn kid slapped its belly really hard.. it didn't do that for a long time.

My cats do this as well. It means that the cat is VERY content and trusts you. When lying on it's back (any animal), they are in a submissive position and very vulnerable. You should consider yourself lucky that your cat trusts you so much.

you have a definitely laid back cat--relaxed, feels safe and happy, comfy/Usually even laid back cats do not do this when they are cold.
