how do I take a jpg file and turn it into a coloring book page?

I want to take my jpg pictures and make them easily into coloring book pages so I can print them and the kids can color them. How do I do that?

Use an image processor...
Get the fill with colour tool and fill the gaps with white colour...
Warning! If you touch a line you will paint the line white, so the lines will dissapear... be careful and use the undo ability at the edit menu, if you do this by fault.
