I don't have much to work with. Already have a fish shaped wine rack. We're located right on the B.C. coast.

Can you get some netting and maybe a few cheap beach toys to set up on the counter around the wine rack?

If you're looking for wine recommendations, I'd suggest Vouvray and Sancerre -- there's something so summery about them both.

Albarino white wines from Spain go excellent with seafood. Look for white wines that dont posess a lot of oakiness, pinot grigio, sancerre, viognier, fume blanc, chablis, pouillly fusse

Put a least one rose' out there. Not Blush, Rose'. They are a great seafood wine and a great summer wine and can hold up to some of the stronger sauces.
