what do I need and how do i get beats if i cant make em?

Try to imitate another, better, artist, only talk about Jesus a lot and don't cuss. That's how all the Christian rappers I know of (the ones that go for the Christian market) seem to have done it.
As for technical stuff like mixers, turntables, etc., maybe you'd be better off in Entertainment and Music. I'm sure people there could give you real help.

Start writing lyrics first. And I mean tons of them.
You will be surprised at how little you can actually get out of filling up a whole notebook. Writing and actually saying the words are two different things.
I don't know if you are serious or not but I suggest you buy a simple electronic keyboard at first. They have many options for beats, rhythms, and tempos to experiment with. Also there are playstation games that allow you to create beats as well. There maybe some computer software but I can't say for sure.
Start with these ideas first and then if you are still interested you can upgrade to mixers, turntables, microphones, amplifiers......
It can get pretty expensive so start small but think big.
I don't know how conservitive you are but if you can handle bad language and pimps, then I suggest you watch the movie...
Hustle and Flow.
It shows a poor pimp who starts to make a studio in his house so he can be a rapper.
Anyways, the best thing you can do right now with no equipment is to just start writing lots of rhymes. Good luck.

Sorry friend. Ther is no such thing as a christian rapper. When you get saved by the Grace of God, He changes you. He puts a new song in your heart. One that will uplift His name.
