Well it's going to be her name and that's final. Just having the late butterflies even though I had my last child in May of 2005.

I Like the Violet Asia but i think it's a little overated because many celebrities have children named after things like Apple(gwenyth Paltrow) and so on...but it is a very pretty name. I love the first name Violet, but I'm not so sure about Asia. I was just thinking now, and I figured that you don't like the everyday normal names, so I was trying to think of some name to go with Violet, and I came up with Violet Rose. But you're the mother-not me! :)

Violet is beatiful and gaining in popularity.
Asia is um....different. Maybe you could come up with a different middle name? Naming kids after continents, countries or cities is silly IMO. (Would you name her Violet Antartica or Violet Europe?)

Yea thats a great name! Its very unique! And there is probably nobody else in the world with that name! that little girl is very lucky to have such a unique name! And congrats on your girl! Did you name her already! If you havnt you should name her that! its a great name! Well i think so and if other people dont then thats there problem cause if you like it then thats all that matters! Violet sounds so old fashion and Asia why would you name your daughter after a continent? I think they are okay names and it could be worse. Good luck explaining to your daughter why she has names that other people tease her about.
