For different guys, different things. As people before have said personality. Something compatible. Great smile. A person that you love to talk to so good voice helps. Really to find the perfect girlfriend, I would have to meet her. Girl who helps other people. Like if we come up to a kid who was crying would she stop to ask what's wrong. That's just for me.

Just like women, It depends on the guy. Besides physical appearance, I would say personality. Yes, it is a very broad answer. For me, I prefer a witty, caring, and intelligent girl. Girl-Next-Door type. Some guys like party girls..and others like more reserved girls. It is quite a difficult question to answer.
Basically, it comes down to personality compatibility and compromise in order to have a long term relationship.

Besides looks? A girl who is comfortable to be around with and easy to talk to, can talk about anything. Perfect if she has almost everything in common. And NOT NAIVE. Likes to do things and go places, but not too much.

A perfect girlfriend should be different form me but also have lots of stuff incomen with me, she has to have good manners and has to be smart as me (the same intellectual level) and she has to be average looking
