I don't believe that feces is divine, but I often say "holy crap!"

It's just words.

possibly they * shouldn't *. If God really gave each individual loose will, then atheists, for inspite of reason, have determined now to not have self assurance. As someone above already reported, "arguing" for God's existence is rather moot. eventually, someone will have self assurance because the Holy Spirit ultimately convicted them of the reality. If one does no longer have self assurance in the Holy Spirit, i do not see that occurring. If an atheist comes to a decision their present day existence doesn't sense "proper", they are going to search for something else. Do Christians have a "more effective efficient" existence because of God? seem at Paul, he grow to be beaten, whipped and run out of city for his beliefs. Christians might want to assert Christianity brings them convenience. An atheist might want to retort that they prefer no such crutch. Christians might want to assert they sin a lot less. Ha! Neither has a lock on morality. You suggested that we gained't use "the afterlife" as a help for why Christianity is more effective efficient. If the form of difficulty is placed on the reaction, then we ought to stay with reviews in this earth. if so, if we decrease our reaction to existence in the international, lets discover that the atheist might want to * continually * think of their existence is more effective efficient as an unbeliever. it isn't till you grow to be a have self assurance that your attitude variations to comprise the afterlife. --- further ---- i spotted you reported both "in the lengthy time period" and "brushing aside the afterlife". To a Christian, both are inseparable.

People swear and take the Lord's name in vain because of the wrong spirits in and around their lives - I used to til I became a born-again christian and even then there was I think 3 times altogether when God was "dealing" in my life when I did, but I repented, apologised to my Father God from my heart and He forgave me immediately. God bless ya xoxo

I knew an athiest once. He used to laugh at our family going to church, and make terrible remarks about God-he didn't discriminate with what religion he was mocking. This went on for about 20 years until he made a heart to heart call to my Mother, and when they got off the phone, he asked her to pray for him. He died that night. I think people that say they are athiest are that way because they are afraid of what IS. If your husband gets sick or has any issue in the future, he is going to call on Gods name. Trust me.

Every atheist has the same lame reasoning when it comes to God and the Bible - and, it turns out, most of them have little or no understanding of the Bible. Even those who proclaim to be former Christians and have some actual Bible knowledge, have misunderstood what they thought they knew - which is blatantly obvious by the things they proclaim.
It was Satan's plan all along to confuse the masses, and he's done a very good job! Atheists are proof of this; Satanists are proof of this; and the myriad "Christian" denominations are proof of this. Hardly anybody picks up the Bible to check the facts for themselves. Atheists claim to "think for themselves" but the bottom line is, they do not; most of them simply jump on the bandwagon of hate, and take the word of others in order to form their own opinions.
The bottom line is, we are not plant fodder when we die, as atheists want the world to believe. The entire makeup of the universe is proof of God's existence. God gave us the Bible which explains more than most people realize (because they don't understand the Bible).

The two guys before me are right... except "*****" defined means "female dog"- not prostitute... anyway I digress... We just say those words because they are culturally learned... we hear them on TV, people around us say them, so eventually we pick them up and use them regardless of what their ACTUAL meaning is. When you say "By the way..." are you referring to Christ? I doubt it but the phrase is rooted in biblical context....

Just let it go... words and phrases develop cultural meaning and significance independent of their actual definition. If I say "shag" or "bugger" do those words offend you? Probably not, but in other parts of the world those words can be quite offensive... Amazing the role of culture in our lives! If you're interested in learning more I suggest enrolling in a Anthropology course that focuses on linguistics!

Best Wishes...

2 Corinthians 6:14 Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?

You should not have married a non believer. But since you have, your spouce is sanctioned by your faith in God, with the hope that your spouce will be led to Jesus thorugh your example.

Might be because they are common curse terms for when a person is angry. Maybe he just heard them a lot when he grew up and it wore off on him. For him, it would just be a harmless way of expressing anger, especially since he doesn't believe in any religion.

Atheists know God exists even better than some christians but only want to ask 1000 questions about him that nobody can answer.. to excuse their disobedience...

Well he wasn't taking the 'lords' name in vein if he didn't believe in him did he. It sounds way better and more dramatic to say GODDAMMIT than to just say dammit. DUH

Some of these answers above me are funny.... Neglecting to answer the question by stating a bible verse or criticizing your marriage to an evil 'non-believer' (thou shalt not judge, right?) HAHAHA....
