waht will happen if i put e85 in my 2004 cavalier or my 2000 caddilac ?

Unless your vehicle is E85 compatiable, the ethanol will eat away at your rubber components in the vehicle making them brittle.

There is little benefit of putting E85 fuel into your vehicles because E85 does not contain as much energy as gasoline. Meaning you'll get fewer miles per gallon than gasoline. If you're getting 30 MPG on your Cavalier, you may only get 20 with Ethanol.

So you won't be saving yourself anything, and more likely creating headaches for yourself in the future.

If you've already done this you car will run really bad also because the timing needs to be adjusted for E85. The vehicles designed for E85 have sensors on the engine and know to adjust the timing appropriately for the fuel.

Ok can't help you with the caddy bro But I can tell you for sure my 1994 cavalier ran great on e85.

Dude allot of people talk about the whole fuel thing and say less power I can tell you I have practicle real life exp my cavalier ran fine. Try is for your self and see how full of it people are.
