i want to lose 10lbs cuz i am 121 right now i am 5'5 and im 14 i am a figure skater and my coach wants me to lose 10lbs in 1-2weeks what should i do?plzHELP!!!

if you realy really really really are determined and HAVE to LOSE this 10 pounds in 1-2 weeks. i'll give you a plan my mom gave me right before i went to the marine corp ball and it worked wonders. i know how it's like to want to lose a certain weight by a certain time.. but remember that losing weight in a fast period of time is never healthy so try not to do it later on in the future. but here you go. follow every single step ( no exercise is required ) as long as you follow this meal plan, you will lose your 10 pounds in 10 days and see a difference.

B=Breakfast
L=Lunch
S=Snack
D=Dinner


NOTE: AFTER DAY 3, you will HAVE TO add a capsol of either centrum or any type of multi vitamin. also, some of the days repeat.


DAY 1
B= 16oz warm water, one water boiled egg, one piece of toast
L= 8oz warm water, water cooked vegetable ( medium portion of any kind, i would recommend broccolli or something cause it feels you up more, add salt if you want ), one medium size apple
S= 4oz non fat milk or 8oz unsweeten tea, two wheat crackers.
D= 1 serving of meat ( about the size of your palm ), water cooked vegetable.

Day 2
B= 16 oz of water, boiled egg, 1 wheat crackers
L= an apple or a pear or an orange, piece of bread
S= tea, 2 wheat crackers
D= water cooked vegetable

Day 3
B= 16oz warm water, one water boiled egg, one piece of toast
L= 8oz warm water, water cooked vegetable ( medium portion of any kind, i would recommend broccolli or something cause it feels you up more, add salt if you want ), one medium size apple
S= 4oz non fat milk or 8oz unsweeten tea, two wheat crackers.
D= 1 serving of meat ( about the size of your palm ), water cooked vegetable.

Day 4
B= this requires a blender. ( half a medium sized banana, 4-5 ice cubes, 11/2 cup of non fat milk ) blend it well and do not add sugar, the banana itself is already very sweet. if you dont have a blender, then one medium size banana. do not drink water, some people's stomach dont mix banana and water too well together.
L= 8oz water, water cooked vegetable, water boiled egg
S= tea, 2 wheat crackers
D= one serving of meat, pefurably white meat, piece of bread ( like chicken, fish, etc)

Day 5
B= 16oz warm water, one water boiled egg, one piece of toast
L= 8oz warm water, water cooked vegetable ( medium portion of any kind, i would recommend broccolli or something cause it feels you up more, add salt if you want ), one medium size apple
S= 4oz non fat milk or 8oz unsweeten tea, two wheat crackers.
D= 1 serving of meat ( about the size of your palm ), water cooked vegetable.

Day 6
B= 16oz of water, water boiled egg
L= water cooked vegetables, piece of toast
S= 8oz water, 2 pieces of whater kind of cookie (chocolate, strawberry, doesnt matter. just make sure the cookie is smaller than your palm. when i say palm i dont want you to include ur fingers)
D= water cooked vegetables, one serving of meat. water water water

Day 7
B= 16oz warm water, one water boiled egg, one piece of toast
L= 8oz warm water, water cooked vegetable ( medium portion of any kind, i would recommend broccolli or something cause it feels you up more, add salt if you want ), one medium size apple
S= 4oz non fat milk or 8oz unsweeten tea, two wheat crackers.
D= 1 serving of meat ( about the size of your palm ), water cooked vegetable.

Day 8
B= 16oz of water, water cooked vegetable.
L= ALL YOU CAN EAT MEAT. even though my mom said it was all you can eat but make sure you don't eat a whole cow or nothing like that. you can only eat meat, nothing else. water is okay.
S= no snack.
D= 8oz water, water cooked vegetable, one medium apple

Day 9
B= 16oz water, one medium apple, piece of bread
L= water cooked vegetable, boiled egg
S= tea, 2 wheat crackers
D= 8oz water, water tuna ( half a can ) on ONE piece of toast.

Day 10
B= 16oz warm water, one water boiled egg, one piece of toast
L= 8oz warm water, water cooked vegetable ( medium portion of any kind, i would recommend broccolli or something cause it feels you up more, add salt if you want ), one medium size apple
S= 4oz non fat milk or 8oz unsweeten tea, two wheat crackers.
D= 1 serving of meat ( about the size of your palm ), water cooked vegetable.

Yay!!! it's a bit harder than it seems especially towards the end but ... DO IT FOR ..WHATEVER OCCASION UR PLANNING IT FOR! =) goodluck i guess. REMEMBER!! This should only be temporary. for the water cooked vegetables, any type is good. and for the toast, it's best if its wheat toast because it contains less fat than the regular white flour toasts. feel free to sneek one or two gummy bears a day. Literally though.. no more than a smallll amount..such as one or two of the little bears but thats only when you're really really at the edge of losing it. Then again by the 3rd day you'll see yourself drop a good 2 or 3 pounds and that will motivate you already to begin with. I only recommended this because your weight is good for this diet.. i dont recommend it if you weight more than 130 pounds because your body needs ALOT more intake than what i have provided and it may lead to serious health problems.. you can black out because your body does not have enuff energy. at anytime during the diet, if you begin to feel really weak, do not continue it because like i said, losing weight this fast comes with risks. just make sure u're getting good rest and your body is handling it well. goodluck! if you have any questions. jus feel free to ask.

First of all, if you want to lose ten pounds you have to be eating very healthy and taking in vitamins and supplements to make up any lack of nutrients. You should eat six times a day and not more than a cup of food each time. Stay away from white bread and only eat wheat and oats. The perfect breakfast is a bowl of oats with fruit and skim milk to help kick off your day. Keep eating small portions of food throughout your day and mix in the fruit and veggies. Remember no more than a cup of food total at each interval. Fish and chicken should be your main meats and try to eat some nuts with your daily meals. No sweets of any kind is allowed.

Next, you have to realize that the weight you want to lose in two weeks is mainly water weight. Losing fat is hard work and two weeks won't be enough to burn everything in a healthy way. It's important that you lose fat through exercise and not with all the pills and fasting that most people do. It'll come back to do you more harm if you don't sweat it off. This is where your exercise routine is very important. You need to push your limits and sweat off all the stored energy inside you. You can reach your goal but you must know yourself and know how far you can push it. Keep yourself going with your vision always in your mind.

After your workouts get your rest so your body can recover and keep doing this until you have reached what you wanted. Be consistent and stay in control. Good Luck.

wow... i'm so glad i'm nto a figure skater. i'd probably be bulemic my now...
but in all seriousness... a fast wya to lose 10 lbs and to eat VERY few carbs.. minimize the carbs to 1 slice of taost int eh am and one protion of rice or pasta etc. in later int eh day. and don't eat any regular grain products. ONLY eat the whole wheat grains and then eliminate fruit, sugars, and butter....
it really works, and i sya this from experience.... both my mother and i lost 10 lbs and about 10 days... (its not something that oyu woudl want to keep up, its a diet menat basically to clense your system and give you a jumpstart on a diet...
its actually part of the Sonoma Diet.. its the first wave.. and it is only emant to last the 10 days

Hun, I would get a new coach. He/she is just setting you up to have image disorder now, and when you get older. 121 lbs is FABULOUS for your height. Please remember that you're still growing and going on a diet won't help you achieve all the nutrients you need to grow strong. If you don't grow up having strong, healthy bones, forget about being a figure skater later on in life.

you should stop eating junk food and if you eat bread,you could instead drink a milkshake two times a day when you get hungry, that way you wont eat as much as you do. Run for an hour every day and play a spot for an out also, jump rope can help also.
Thats what i did and it worked a lot.

Read The ABS Diet. It helped me lost 15 lbs. You can generally lost 12 lbs in the first 2 weeks.

Gawd that is so dangerous for a girl your age, but a lot of water really helps. Try that with eating very little meals about 6 times per day. Along with excercise.
