i am 23 years old and have 3 kids.i have an iud but i am having pregnancy signs.my husband would be pissed if i he found out that i was going to have another baby.......

Same way you tell if you don't use birth control, you miss a period, you take a test.
You might just be having complications with your IUD, if it's causing you pain, or these signs continue despite negative pregnancy tests you should probably talk to your doctor to make sure everything is okay.

Just take a pregnancy test. You CAN still get pregnant although you have the IUD.
As far as your husband being mad if you were pregnant? It takes the two of you to tango. You had the IUD so it is not like you meant for it to happen.

If you have 3 kids you probably pretty well know already if you are pregnant, so go down to walmart and get the little tester.
