What nationality could a child claim if he/she was born in the U.N Building?

Let me re-phrase it.
If the child was born in the,say England, it would claim citizenship of that country.
So, in the U.N what citizenship could he/she claim?

Depends on the parents and the location of the building and the government ruling of the birth parents.

Due to its location on US soil I would say that the child would be a dual national; US & whatever country its parents were citizens of.

it would depend on who the child's parents were. Nationally has nothing to do with where you are born; it's who the parents are.
